Competition for the construction of a residential and commercial building Boulevard de la liberté in Châtillon, in the Hauts de Seine.

The façades of our building respond to the immediate urban context: the use of stone is a qualitative element to mark the corner of Gabriel Péri Street and Boulevard de la Liberté.

To give rhythm to the reading of this angle, the use of metal cladding visually fragments the building while unifying all the facades of the project.

The base of the building acts as a contemporary re-reading of a classical vocabulary (base), through its slender proportions. It houses commercial functions that will be linked to the city.

Concours pour la construction d'un immeuble de logements et commerces Boulevard de la liberté à Châtillon, dans les Hauts de Seine.

Les façades de notre bâtiment répondent au contexte urbain immédiat : l’utilisation de la pierre intervient comme un élément qualitatif pour marquer l’angle de la rue Gabriel Péri et du Boulevard de la Liberté.

Pour rythmer la lecture de cet angle, l’utilisation d’un bardage métallique vient fragmenter visuellement le bâtiment tout en unifiant l’ensemble des façades du projet.

Le socle du bâtiment agit comme une relecture contemporaine d’un vocabulaire classique (soubassement), par ses proportions élancées. Il abrite des fonctions commerciales qui seront en lien avec la ville.
